AFTER-SALES SERVICE

    • Our company is equipped with special after-sales service department which will provide the service with a complete set of lamps and its accessories.

    • Once customers have the defective led products,he qualified technicians will be arranged to provide the guidance for installation and debugging through television and telephone meeting when confronting with special installation projects. Training for user to know the manual and maintenance of the led products will also be available. For main government projects abroad, professional technicians will be specially arranged to have the inspection and provide guidance on the site by Mason.
